Shipping Policy:

Orders will ship within forty eight hours of payment cleared. If we require additional time to ship your order we will update your accordingly. Once an order is shipped, we will send the tracking information, if applicable.

Express shipments do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: an overnight order leaving our warehouse on a Friday will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.

We are happy to ship orders to all international destinations, Please note we are not responsible for customs and duty fees. Fees may be collected at delivery by your local carrier depending on the policies of every individual country these fees are determined by your Country and we are unable to provide this information. However if you have any special shipping instructions we will be happy to assist you.

In the rare event that we are unable to ship your order due to manufacture restrictions we will notify you and cancel your order immediately.

Return Policy:

Our goal: is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Returns can be refunded or exchanged.

Restocking fee: A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted on all returns, unless the item is defective, or the fee is prohibited by law.

Shipping fees: are not refundable.

Free shipping: For orders that ship free the shipping cost will be deducted from the original purchase amount.

Claims: for damaged or missing items must be received within fourteen days of receipt of merchandise. For defective items, item will be exchanged upon receipt and confirmation of defect. After This time period please refer to the manufacture warranty where applicable.

Shipping Damage: If item arrives damaged due to shipping, keep all shipping cartons; and contact our customer service within three days of receipt of merchandise.

    * Place the original package into a shipping carton, and pack carefully.
    * Include a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
    * Please ship with a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
    * All returned or exchanged items must be in mint and clean condition, with blank warranty card and manual. In the original box, Items in sealed packaging will not be accepted if opened.
